To start off with the pink journal is my old one, the one I started beginning or Junior year of High School, right before Nick and I started dating and it has lasted me almost over 4.5 years. The ice blue one is my NEW JOURNAL. The pictures you see above are examples from the old one.
So how I keep organized and track my life (goals, money, spending, fitness, acne, vitamins, water, and sleep) is at the start of every month. I give that month its own little page setup that I am constantly looking back on DAILY.
The first page (left) I write my goals and keep track of money made, as well as spending. This makes it easy for me to figure out how much money I’m actually SAVING. I also write out a tiny calendar that I highlight the days that I do yoga, workout, meditate, and even when Nick works out/ when he actually tells me he works out haha. I use Mildliner pens for all of this! They are a blessing and what I love about that is that they blend together so so beautifully especially the light orange and the light pink!
On the second page I track acne (orange), my period (light orange underneath the orange on the dates), Primrose intake (pink)(herbal supplement I take for hormones/acne), water (blue) , and sleep (purple). So this is pretty self explanatory just by looking at the picture haha. What I love about putting this all on one page is that I can start to see pattens between them. Like when I notice that I haven’t been getting enough sleep or water I might start to break out.
I also decided with my new journal that I would make a cute little vision board/inspo page to start each trip I go on. Seen in the first picture.
Its so crazy how I just finished my old journal in this very moment of my life! I talked in one of my last blog posts how Nick and I kinda feel this new chapter starting for both of us and an old one closing! I defiantly feel this shift of energy in my life whether it is physically or mentally idk, but it just feels so so sooo right starting a new journal. And I hope this inspired you to start journaling or just tracking your life! I love being able to look back on everything!
Happy Saturday everyone!
